Andre Ricks, former NCAA Division 1 Basketball Player, played four years at Western Michigan University in the MAC conference.  Following his collegiate career Ricks begin training with several NBA teams and players.  

Ricks holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University. 

In 2010, Andre Ricks founded Rawimpact Lifestyle Brand. Ricks opened Rawimpact flagship retail store in Kalamazoo, Michigan and shortly after another location in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  Rawimpact was recognized by the National Pan-Hellenic Council for sponsoring campus-wide festivals that had record-breaking numbers with student attendance. Ricks brand Rawimpact was recognized by the City of Detroit for being a marquee sponsor at Detroit's Summer-Jamz 16 along with Heineken Beer powered by WGPR Hot 107.5.

In 2014, Rawimpact was recognized for sponsoring the winner of the State Farm College Slam Dunk Championship televised on ESPN with Rawimpact merchandise and products. 

In 2016, Ricks opened Rawimpact Private Basketball Training Facility located in Las Vegas, NV. 

In 2019, Ricks was accepted into Arizona State University Master's program.  

In 2020, Andre Ricks published his first book; "Started from Scratch - 10 Principles to Success" a memoir.  Ricks book is available at Barnes & Noble.
